Gill Technology has 4,500 sq. ft. of offices and laboratories, incorporating a fully equipped workshop enabling a complete in-house prototyping facility.

Our workshop equipment includes an Anilam controlled 3-axis CNC Mill, a centre lathe with digital readout, a vacuum forming machine and sheet metal forming equipment.

We have a full CAD/CAM rapid prototyping facility, giving us the ability to produce complex design features required for first-off product design prior to committing to production.

Small batch work is possible and our capability to produce accurately machined parts to tolerances of 0.01mm gives excellent repeatability of the product design.
